FIRST DAY EVENT AT THE TRUMP TAJ MAHAL

CEO POKER TOUR, on May 19th, had a phenomenal first day tournament at the Trump Taj Mahal, with over 270 attendees, and a prize pool of $115,000. Players at check in, received a flex CEO POKER hat, t-shirt, exclusive cards, from Casino Playing Cards, and a Poker Players Alliance pin. The one day tournament started at 2:30pm, and was still going past 7:00am.

 

Bobby "Blaster" Payne (Second Place)

Bobby "Blaster" Payne and Alan Whitmore played the field of executives and went heads up in a chip stack war. The heads up match turned when Whitmore went all in with a Q (Diamond), 4 (Club) suited, that beat Blaster's A (Spade), 6 (Spade), and placed Blaster on tilt. The next hand was the last hand, Whitmore went all in with K (Diamond), 2 (Spade), and Blaster called with a suited hand, J (Spade), 9 (Spade). The match was long and ended when the flop came and no one paired, Whitmore won the last hand with a King high.

Whitmore took first place, and Blaster second place.
